The service is delivered via WhatsApp messages to the contact information you provide during registration.

Important: Our service is for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute medical, financial, legal, or any other type of professional advice. You should not rely on our forecasts or readings for making important life decisions.

To use our service, you must register by providing accurate and complete information, including your personal details and contact information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Payment for the service is required in advance according to the subscription plan you select (weekly, monthly, or yearly).

We accept payments through Stripe and other secure payment processors. All payments are processed securely and in accordance with applicable payment processing regulations.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions but will apply to new subscriptions and renewals.

Right to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@simanim.me.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our service, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for services that have been delivered, including any forecasts that have been sent to you.

Subscription Cancellation: When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription.

Service Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

You may use the forecasts and content provided to you for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use is strictly prohibited.

Entertainment Only: Our service provides astrological forecasts and tarot readings for entertainment purposes only. These forecasts and readings are not based on scientific methods and should not be relied upon for making important life decisions.

Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
